You may know our founder Rae from Seriously Oats. She turned to oats when she found herself experiencing allergic reactions to a number of different foods she used to enjoy.
Two years ago Rae decided to make a low-sugar brown butter oatmeal cookie for all of her customers as a Christmas gift - and they never let her stop baking them since.
